As a native of Tucson, graduate of the University of Arizona and real estate appraiser and developer, Andy's operational involvement with Via Elegante is the expression of his passion for Tucson and the senior residents of the community. |
 Lindsay Lines, Executive Director, focuses on the day-to-day health and wellness of our residents. By working closely with caregivers, residents, and residents' families, Lindsay has the opportunity to ensure happy, fulfilling days for our residents. Originally from the Phoenix valley, Lindsay joined Via Elegante in August 2008 and brings to the position many years of professional, community and academic leadership experience. She became inspired to dedicate her life to caring for the heart and spirit of seniors after caring for her mother. |
 Daniel Karsch, MD, Medical Director, visits with our residents on a regular basis and confers with the Health Director on the overall health of the residents. He is also involved in community outreach and education. Dr. Karsch is a long-time Tucson resident and community activist. A Philadelphia native and Jefferson Medical College graduate, Dr. Karsch completed his urology residency at the University of Michigan Medical Center and then served as Chief of Urology in the U.S. Air Force at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. He subsequently co-founded Old Pueblo Urology where he practiced for many years. |
 Mecha Andris, LPN, Health Director, works with physicians, residents, families, and caregivers to achieve the best health and comfort possible for our residents. Mecha is originally from Michigan and moved to Tucson in 2008. Mecha has been a nurse for over ten years and has experience in long-term care, hospital, sub-acute, and hospice settings. Before becoming a nurse, Mecha was a nurse's aid for twenty years and a pharmacy tech for five years. Mecha is married with four cats and enjoys painting, baseball, writing short stories, and has traveled extensively. |
