Our experience has taught us that seniors thrive in an assisted living environment built to resemble their own home. That’s why each Via Elegante house has only ten private suites, each adequately sized to easily accommodate your own furniture and treasured pieces. Each home is approximately 8,000 square feet with extensive common living areas, game rooms, and dining spaces. Our residents also enjoy beautiful open kitchens that are the heart and hearth of each home as well as a large backyard with mature landscaping, views and fountains. We are at the end of a very quiet street, surrounded by Tucson’s peaceful and natural desert landscaping.  We have the best of both worlds in that we are not at a noisy intersection or on a busy street, but we are close to shopping and Northwest Hospital.

Additionally, Via Elegante integrates assisted living and memory care in all three of our secure homes because we know that relocating elders who are beginning to suffer from Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia can be traumatic for everyone. By offering a secure community where residents may age in place, Via Elegante welcomes elders who need assistance but may also be in the early stages of cognitive decline. This means we are also uniquely positioned to accommodate couples of differing physical and cognitive capabilities. Each of our three homes, staffed with caregivers trained and experienced in dementia care, is completely secure at all times.
